At Monika Industry, we take great care to ensure every beauty tool meets the highest manufacturing standards. Each item is carefully inspected before shipment. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective product, please review our return terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or damages caused during transit.

Claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

Products must be unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging.

Returns due to change of mind, overstock, or buyer’s error are not accepted for B2B orders.
2. Return Procedure
To request a return, please contact us at monikaindustryofficial@gmail.com with:

Order number or invoice reference

Description of the issue

Supporting photos or videos (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions within 2–3 working days.
3. Replacement or Credit
Once the returned items are received and inspected:

A replacement will be sent for approved defective products, or
-
A credit note will be issued for future orders, depending on the agreement.
Refunds are not generally offered for wholesale or export transactions.
4. Shipping Responsibility

In case of a verified manufacturing defect, Monika Industry will bear the return or replacement shipping cost.

If the return is due to incorrect information or non-defective reasons, the buyer will cover all related shipping costs.
5. Custom & Branded Orders
Customized, logo-engraved, or private-label products are non-returnable unless there is a confirmed production defect.
6. Packaging & Inspection
All products must be securely packed to prevent damage during return transit. We recommend using the original packaging and reliable courier service.
